As is our tradition, the Ice Cream Social serves as the kick-off event of next year's conference where you can meet a few more people, discuss the highlights of the conference, say goodbye to friends, and make plans to meet again in Reno-Tahoe, Nevada in 2010.

This year's social will be auspicious as it will introduce SPLASH as the new identity for the next phase of our old friend, OOPSLA.
