Help Promote OOPSLA

OOPSLA succeeds because of its participants. More attendees means better discussions and a richer experience for everyone. You can help!

Encourage Your Colleagues and Friends to Attend

Please pass the word about OOPSLA to your colleagues and friends, and ask them to pass it on to their colleagues. A large portion of OOPSLA attendees come because of hearing about it from a respected colleague like you!

You can mention OOPSLA whenever you do a presentation. This is particularly effective because the entire audience will hear about OOPSLA. If you are an OOPSLA contributor; cite your OOPSLA topic and encourage your audience to hear about it in Anaheim. It would also be extremely helpful to OOPSLA, and informative to your audience, if you were to print a few copies of the the one-page OOPSLA adPDF (PDF: 236k), or the seven page OOPSLA flyerPDF (PDF: 848k). OOPSLA has some extra flyers; if you'd like to distribute a large number contact the OOPSLA 2003 conference chairman, Ron Crocker. Another source of information is our August 8, 2003 press releasePDF (PDF: 44k).

Tell Your Organization's Human Resources Department or Training Coordinator

OOPSLA is a great value for management and staff needing to learn the latest and greatest in object technology. Let your Human Resources Department or Training Coordinator know about OOPSLA. If you'd like ideas about what to say, we've written some plain text that highlights the benefits of OOPSLA. Feel free to cut-and-paste it in a memorandum or email you send within your organization (modify as you choose).

You can refer Human Resources or Training to the OOPSLA site, or print and distribute copies of the one-page OOPSLA adPDF (PDF: 236k), the seven page OOPSLA flyerPDF (PDF: 848k), or our August 8, 2003 press releasePDF (PDF: 44k).
