Planning Your Week at OOPSLA

OOPSLA includes so many different things that you can't take them all in. It's wise to plan your week. Your registration fee gets you access to demos, workshops, panel discussions, invited speakers, birds-of-a-feather sessions, lightning talks, posters, practitioner reports, and to all the OOPSLA receptions and special events.

You can also check out DesignFest®, the Dynamic Languages Symposium, Essays, Research Papers, the Most Influential Papers Awards, the Doctoral Symposium, and the Student Research Competition. In addition, the Onward! track is “the place to reveal the revolutionary, air the provocative, and expose the subversive.”
  OOPSLA lets you share
You can also take tutorials on a huge variety of classic and cutting edge topics. These tutorials entail extra fees ($360 per half-day session for ACM members) and are presented by world class experts who know their stuff and know how to teach it.   OOPSLA is the One Conference to attend!
To plan out your week, check out the official conference schedule overview. Dick Gabriel’s unofficial overview is also quite handy, as is his “(Unofficial) How To Get Around OOPSLA Guide”.

To register, come to OOPSLA at the Oregon Convention Center and sign up at the registration booth.
