OOPSLA 2000, Conference On Object-Oriented Programming, Systems, Languages and Applications

If your Technical Paper, Practitioner Report, Panel, Demonstration, Poster, or Doctoral Symposium paper or proposal is accepted, you will be expected to provide a camera-ready paper to appear in the Conference Proceedings or Conference Companion. All papers that appear in the Proceedings or Companion must adhere to the format specified by ACM's Proceedings Guidelines (e.g., 'The text should be in two 8.45 cm (3.33") columns with a .83 cm (.33") gutter').

Technical Papers appear in the OOPSLA Conference Proceedings and will be printed along with an ACM Copyright notice -- Technical Paper authors must leave space at the bottom of the first column of the first page for this notice. Here is a PDF file showing the Proceedings format: ACMformat_Copyright.pdf

Papers that are published in the Conference Companion do not include a Copyright notice. This includes Practitioner Reports, Panels, Demonstrations, Posters, and the Doctoral Symposium. Here is the PDF sample for these papers: ACMformat_noCopyright.pdf

Templates for these formats for Word, WordPerfect, and Latex are available at: http://www.acm.org/sigs/pubs/proceed/template.html
