Language Concepts for Improving Reusability in Object-Oriented Software

The objective of this research is improving the reusability of software. We introduce anchored exception declarations to solve problems with checked exceptions and reusable software elements such as design patterns. We also investigate an innovative inheritance mechanism to allow easy construction of classes from existing components with little effort.
